“The day started as rainy and a little on the chilly side. Kate and B (the boat captain) were prepared with blankets for us to cover up with until the weather broke. The boat ride was fun, with snacks, drinks, and music included. We loved the locations that we visited, and the lunch at a small restaurant in Vis was delicious with a beautiful view. The Blue Cave was interesting but we only spent a short time there. The highlight of the day was swimming in the Adriatic. She showed us and explained the diocletion palace and its origins and changes over the years and the way the palace is used today. But the best thing was the visit to the Green Market which was full of local produce that made you want to try everything!
